• Pilot management: To manage free pilot access requests and initial menu setup.
• Communications: To send service information, updates and, with your consent, commercial communications.

Restaurant and professional data

• Contact data: name, email, phone
• Establishment data: restaurant name, address, menu information
• Access data: account credentials

End user data

• Navigation data: basic technical information for service operation
• Preferences: selected language

Contact/pilot form data

• Email provided to request pilot access or make inquiries

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

• Contract execution or pre-contractual relationship with restaurants using Gulanity

Who will receive your data?

Except for legal obligations or transfers necessary for service provision, we will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
